New Hope Cambodia is located at Mondul 3 in Siem Reap and founded by a 28-year old Khmer named Mr. Kem Sour who has brought in many experienced volunteers cum professionals to work with him and together as a team they provide English, Math Classes, Vocational Skills, Agricultural Training, Medical Clinic and many others to help poor families or broken families, karaoke / sex workers and displaced men, women and children who live at the poorest slum areas around Mondul 3. I came to know about this place after my meeting with Dr Paul J. Beumer, a doctor from Belgium and he visits this place twice a year.
